Been reading the messages, this week unfortunately is my first week back at work and a hectic one at that. I could probably only make Thursday or Friday this week.

Generally speaking, I echo Dan's suggestion for Thursdays or Tuesdays, either way I should be fine. As usual, there will be the odd day a week/month when I have an evening meeting which means I'll ask the Group to either re-schedule (if it doesn't cause any knock-on effects) or just skip that week, but hopefully not many times per month.

Let us know which day we are shooting for either this week or next.

No probs. I'll be fine for next week. I would probably prefer Thursday in general (it's just this one I can't make - Helen has a late dentist appointment and I'll be holding the baby). Thursday is just that much nearer the end of the week and late nights out are easier. Chopping and changing isn't a problem and if Tuesday is better for others I can certainly still make it.

By the way. Big announcement today by Wizards of the Coast. D&D 5E. Could be interesting to take part in the open playtest when it starts.

Tuesday would be tomorrow - I'm afraid we're still recovering from jet lag at the moment. Possibly we should postpone if people are unable to make Thursday, but I certainly don't feel that Joy and I can manage tomorrow I'm afraid. The idea of switching to Tuesdays permanently has been raised before though, perhaps we can consider that this week in time for next?

In any event, Tuesday this week won't work for us unfortunately, so if players cannot make the 12th, we'll postpone 'til next week before starting.

Jez, I've changed my mind over my character. I'll be going for a Mastigos member of the Silver Ladder. For those planning their characters, I'll be specialising in the Mind Arcanum with a pinch of Space and Forces. I hope at least some other players understand what I'm talking about!

As Hannah is getting more settled, I'm all up for starting again. It'll be nice to play without having to do all that prep. I'll leave the hard work to Jeremy.

However, I can't make this Thursday. I can make Tuesday (the 10th) if anyone else can. If not, I can make the following week.

Hey all,

With Joy's departure this morning, the flat being in great disarray and me being tired and not wanting to deal with it all just now (also not expecting to get it all clean in 24 hours by myself), I am cancelling tomorrow's session.

Further, I am leaving on the 23rd, next week's session will fall on the 22nd. I am not back until the 7th January 2012, and so the next session will be running on January 12th 2012.

I'm quite keen to play Mage actually. I hope to be around more often soon in the New Year, so I might be able to be part of teh campaign properly. I've been reading up on it and have plans for an Obrimos, wrestling chap. It all seems quite fun.

Hey all,

We're due to meet at mine this Thursday, 8th December. I don't believe Dan or Chris (if he can make it at all) will have characters for Mage and Joy is due to leave for San Francisco next Tuesday. Therefore, I would like to postpone the start of Mage until the New Year, when hopefully things will be settled enough for Chris and Ralph to attend and I get a full complement of four players (Dan is welcome to join us for cameos whenever he can).

As a result, Thursday may work best if Dan could bring Munchkin and Alex could bring Talisman and we can spend the evening playing card and board games, during the course of which character creation for Mage may be discussed if those present wish to.

On that bombshell, I look forward to seeing everyone on Thursday.

Hi Dan,

Glad to hear Hannah and Helen are doing well, I bet Hannah's starting to put on a bit of weight now she's able to build up an appetite ! I don't think MAGE has stalled, we had a couple of "no sessions" because a few of us couldn't make it to JezJoy's but hopefully it's back on tomorrow evening (please confirm all).

I'd be happy to bring round Talisman for a boardgame session as an alternative but we need 4 players to make it worthwhile (Jeremy, Joy, myself and one other). Mage should be back on preferably as I need to complete my PC (it's half way there).
